  • What benefits are included in a LERN Membership?
    You receive an array of valuable benefits including free consulting, discounts, webinars, software and more. LERN offers an array of comprehensive benefits to our members. For each membership, up to six people from your department can receive membership benefits. The most popular are:

    • Website critique
    • Segmentation analysis
    • Consulting by phone and email
    • Discounts on in-person and online events and training

    • Access to the all-new LERN Club
    • Access to LERN’s suite of analytical and planning software tools
  • How can I become a member?
    You can become a LERN member by calling (800) 678-5376, sending an email to info@lern.org or by filling out a membership application online.
  • How do I request a brochure critique, website critique, or another member benefit?
    The fastest way to request any member benefit is to send an email to info@lern.org with the specified benefit in the subject line.

    • When requesting a brochure critique, a physical copy of the brochure is required and those can be sent, along with a business card, to:

  • What is the turnaround time for member benefit requests?
    Turnaround times vary by type of request. If reports or analysis are needed sooner, LERN can work with you to expedite your request.

    • Brochure critique: Approximately 4 weeks after brochure is mailed
    • Website critique: Approximately 2 weeks after request
    • Segmentation analysis: Approximately 3 weeks after valid data is submitted
    • Consulting and other general requests: These times can vary but you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours.
  • How can I access the LERN Club?
    You can access the LERN Club by visiting lern.org/club and logging into the site using your LERN ID and password.
    You can also access the LERN Club via the homepage by clicking the LERN Club button or “Visit the LERN Club Member’s Area” on the left-hand side of the screen.
